Beijing Railway Bureau Standardization Project.
July 2013 – December 2013

The project aimed to optimize the hardware and software of the tradition train company. It will enable the company facing any challenging in the 21st century. My part was to deliberate and establish guideline books for individuals, teams and leadership to accomplish this purpose.

My achievement include:

1. establishing guideline book for 19 working positions and 6 management positions, defining the responsibility, skill requirement, job boundary and performance standards for each position.
2. establishing maintenance guideline book for 6 type trains, identifying occupational safety, health, production quality and environmental risks.
3. establishing working team guideline book for 16 teams, deliberating their responsibilities and boundaries.

Beijing Railway Bureau Safety Risk Management Project
April 2012 – July 2014

The project aimed to enable the company run ahead of the potential accidents. It helped to create safety climate and develop safety culture.

My achievement include:

1. occupational safety education series materials.
2. detecting accident potentials and establishing risk management methods.
3. writing 6 emergency plans organizing emergency drilling.
4. safety management performance assessment.
5. risk analysis and accident prediction, warning the most potentials.
6. collecting, classifying and analyzing accident potentials information.
7. organizing overhaul, including occupational safety and health, special equipments, industry electricity and machines & vehicles,etc.
